    Hi,
We have BookingPress installed and added a user to WordPress as an editor account. We cannot see any menu items in the back end for BookingPress for the new user. We have set this user to see most things with a user role editor. These user role editors do not show any BookingPress options to add to users. Is this a glitch in the plugin, or is something being held back for the Pro version? We would buy the Pro version if this is the case but it does not see to list that anywhere.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

To view and manage BookingPress settings from the back-end, the user needs to have an Administrator role. The Editor role does not have the required capabilities assigned to it by default. Some of the BookingPress capabilities include:

    1. bookingpress
    2. bookingpress_calendar
    3. bookingpress_appointments
    4. bookingpress_payments
    5. bookingpress_customers
    6. bookingpress_services
    7. bookingpress_notifications
    8. bookingpress_customize
    9. bookingpress_settings
    10. bookingpress_addons

    11. bookingpress_growth_tools

    12. bookingpress_payment_settings

You can use your desired role editor plugin to add these capabilities to the user or role as per your liking and it should work fine.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks
