Hello @kirill1986, thanks for reaching out. I’d be happy to help look into why you aren’t seeing any site visits in Site Kit. Please could you share the following information:

    1. Your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.
    2. Does the data you see on the Site Kit dashboard match the data you see in your Analytics account?
    3. Do you have the Analytics module connected successfully in Site Kit?

When checking your site source code, I don’t see Site Kit placing the necessary Analytics code so if you have the Analytics module set up in Site Kit then this could be blocked by something which I will take a look at the information you share to see if I can spot anything that could be doing this.

If you have any questions on the above then please let me know.

@kirill1986 Thanks for sharing the information. I can see you have a few other third-party plugins installed on your site. Would it be possible for you to temporarily disable these, only leaving Site Kit active? Once done, could you let me know and I will be happy to check your site source code once more to see if I can see the Site Kit placed code.

Another potential issue I have spotted is that I don’t see any default consent state when viewing your Analytics tag using https://tagassistant.google.com/ for your site URL. This could be due to consent mode not being configured for your site which would stop site visits being recorded. You can find out more about this and how to configure consent mode in Site Kit from our consent mode guide.

Can you tell me which plugins need to be disabled?

@kirill1986 As we don’t know the cause of the issue and why Site Kit is not placing the code on your site, I can’t rule out any plugins which is why it would be best to start by disabling all plugins. That way, we will see straight away if the cause is a plugin conflict. If it is, you can activate plugins one by one until the issue resurfaces which will then show where the conflict is.

Disabled the caching plugin, please see if anything has changed?

@kirill1986 I can now see the Site Kit placed code on your site. So the caching plugin looks to be the cause. You can try disabling any JavaScript minification settings if you have those enabled or you can add an exclusion for Site Kit.

We have tested these exclusions with a number of different caching and optimization plugins, we haven’t tested with the your caching plugin. You can use one of the two following paths:

    • /wp-content/plugins/google-site-kit/
    • /wp-content/plugins/google-site-kit/dist/assets/js/(.*).js

I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any further questions.

I have Seraphinite Accelerator installed, can you tell me where to add this line in the Seraphinite Accelerator settings?

@kirill1986 To exclude Site Kit files in the Seraphinite Accelerator plugin, go to Accelerator > Settings > Exclusions, views and users > URI paths and add the exclusion path as seen here.

I added a line like in the photo, can you check how everything works now?

@kirill1986 Unfortunately, that doesn’t look like it has worked. Have you tried both suggested paths? And if so, I’d recommend reaching out to the Seraphinite Accelerator support team to check how these paths should be formatted to exclude Site Kit JS files.

@kirill1986 Glad to hear that you are now seeing Analytics data. Is there anything else I can help you with at this time?

And please take a look now, I have made edits from the technical support of serafinit

@kirill1986 I still don’t see any change in your site source code and unfortunately it still looks like the Site Kit placed code is being blocked or stripped out.
