cannot import blocks to a new site i built

    Hi, I have been using Spectra for over a year now on 15+ website and never faced any issue. But, I faced an issue on the latest project I worked on. After several tries, I cannot import blocks which have image or icons while I can import blocks with only text.

    The errors message says to try again or contact support.

    Can you please get in touch with the hosting provider and confirm that no API requests are blockage for your site where you are getting the issue.
