Subscribe2 throwing error messages on every page of my website – had to disable

I’m receiving the following message when I visit my website, ethnojunkie.com. It’s at the top of every page (outside the perimeter of the normal page) and also when I go into the admin including my dashboard. It occurs for all users of my website.

Is Subscribe2 still being supported and can you fix the problem because I am now unable to send notifications to my subscribers.
I’ve read about Subscribe2 HTML (not a free product). Does it replace Subscribe2 or is there no connection?
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Rich
