Register user – RECAPTCHA?

Hello

I have a problem with a spam-user who keeps trying to register as a user in the “register user” section. Is it possible to get some kind of recaptcha on this form? Or some other kind of security? He tries to register as an user up to 5 times a day and has done it for over a month.
