    Hi there,

I’m currently working on a site for my client that is still in development (not live yet), and I’ve encountered an issue with the weight filter.
    Issue:
The weight range in the filter is displaying as 0 to 0.
I’ve added the correct meta key (_weight) in the plugin settings.
The weights have been added to the product variations using WooCommerce’s default weight field.
    Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
    Double-checked the meta key.
Ensured weights are defined for all product variations.

    Hi?@manishajnagal

Hard to say what can be the issue here. Perhaps you have the same custom field with another data type, caching, or any plugin conflicts. First try to clean the cache and go to the filter set and hit update button.

The best option here would be to check the custom field in the database and turn off all of the plugins and custom codes.

Also, please provide your setup on the site, what plugins you use to display your products, and what theme, or it is a default Woo template?

Thanks for getting back to me!

I’ve cleared the cache and updated the filter to no avail. When you say “same custom field with another data type”, would having two “custom numeric fields” come under this? I have one for price (which works) and one for weight.

I’m using the Astra theme and editing in Elementor, it’s a simple setup.

    Hi?@manishajnagal

We are afraid that there’s not much we can do, without seeing the site, as there can be so many different reasons, including but not limited to theme and other plugins or even some corrupted data on the site. Also, please send the screens from the filter set and how you created this filter.

Do you have a Free or PRO version of the plugin? Because for the Free version such setup can be not so easy, as it is working only with the main query.

    Hey Victor,

Thanks again for your response, appreciate your time here. Since it’s not my site and it’s still in progress I’m unable to make it live, is there another way you can gain visibility like inviting you to view it somehow? I’m using the free version of the plugin, nonetheless I thought the data would be simple enough to retrieve and display. I’m unsure of how to correctly add images here so I’ve shared them here in this link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1TlNI9ZCunQmjTL9NSUx13d-ToaC678xi?usp=sharing

Hope that gives you more insight!

    Hi @manishajnagal

The thing is that the Free plugin is working with the main query only, and when working with the Elementor you might need to use custom queries to filter.

As to the checking, this is only possible with the PRO plugin version support in the PRO support section. For the Free version of the plugin this is not possible, and also not allowed by the forum rules to provide any credentials or any other communications.

Gotcha, so do you mean as to say that because there are two custom numeric fields only one will display (considered as the main query)? If so, if I were to purchase the pro plug-in would I be able to add two custom numeric fields?

    Hi @manishajnagal

Not really, we’re just trying to list all the possible things that can cause problems. Also, since you’re using Elementor, it can create unique queries on each page, and then you’ll need a separate filter set for each page. Overall, with the PRO version, everything should work fine.

But, we’d recommend setting up the site live in case something won’t work when you have the PRO version so we can check it on the site and try to fix it.

Victor! I managed a way around it by changing the “Filter by”. Just one thing, the currency ($) doesn’t show up in the price range, it just shows the numbers without the currency, is there a fix for this?

    Hi?@manishajnagal

No, there is currently no option to display price and currency next to it. This may be added to the functionality in future updates.

    Best Regards – Victor
