Error on confirmation page

  • I came across the same problem. We found out that if the url had param _gt=dasdsaa or sth, the reservation did not go through as intended. When removed the param from url, the reservation went through correctly.

    Hi Henry,

    The parameters you’re seeing are not coming from our plugin. Are you using any tracking or analytics plugins? It’s possible that one of these plugins is adding the tags and using JavaScript to handle them in the URL, which may be conflicting with our plugin. Could you try deactivating this plugin and see if the reservations go through successfully?
