How To Import Larger Database files into Database and…..

Hi to all,

All available guidance and instructions, would be appreciated for the following:

My existing database file on the webserver was damaged by webhost and could not be used or backup.

I had to use a old database from my pc and was able to upload to the root directory on the server.
However, as the database file after unzipping, is around 470mb, being a articles directory with an archive dating back to 2008, it could not be imported in normal circumstances using MyAdminSql or even bigdump.

1. How and what workable method can I import this larger than normal database file into the database?

2. Assuming that this huge database file has been successfully imported, how and where inside the database can I find the domain name, admin and password in order to replace these with the current domain and retrieve the admin and passowrd or replace with new password?
