• Solid Security was installed on the website. The notifications were blank. Deactivated/reactivated the plugin, notifications screen remaind blank. Removed the plugin, reinstalled. Now the setup wizard cannot be completed, since the 5th step, notifications is blank.

    Glad you reached out!

    When there is a problem with completing the Solid Security set up wizard, most of the time it is due to the server disabling one (or more) of the required REST HTTP methods by the plugin to function.

    Could you please reach out to your hosting provider and have them ensure your server allows all these REST HTTP methods: GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, DELETE and OPTIONS. Once they are all enabled on your server, please try to reconfigure Solid Security again.
