I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it through the plugin page. When I activated the plugin I got the error.

I just installed the plugin on a new install of WP and G3 and as soon as I activate the plugin my site becomes unavailable with this error, Any suggestions or advice

    Server error.

The website encountered an error while retrieving https://blog.mkblack.com/wp-admin/plugins.php. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

    Here are some suggestions:
    Reload this web page later.

The problem might be that you have to safe the page after inserting g3Url.
I experienced similar issues but they should be fixable with a Shift/Ctrl + r reload.
