Not getting response from pre-sales team

Hello! A company I work with is looking at purchasing and implementing your plugin, but they have not been able to get a response from your pre-sales team.

I understand this isn’t the ideal way to reach out, but they need some information and I would love for them to be able to purchase the plugin before the end of the year. I see that your team is active here so I’m hoping I can get a response from someone and get them in contact with our IT team.
