• When we save and publish a page or post, and go back to that page/post to make additional edits, the text is no longer visible on the Visual tab. However, when we click the Text tab, it all shows up fine there. When we clear browser cache it temporarily fixes the issue for that particular page/post. We are having to clear browser cache on every single page/post, however. Note: the page/post on the live site shows the content fine. This seems to be a WP-Admin issue. Any ideas how to fix this without having to refresh browser cache multiple times per day?

    This problem may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to deactivate all plugins and switch to the default Twenty Twenty-Four theme. If the problem goes away, re-activate them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

    If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to deactivate all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re still logged in without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Thanks, James. We have disabled the plugins but no change. We are using Nitropack Page Speed Boost and wondering if their caching procedures are disrupting any admin scripts on the backend?

    Is there any improvement with a different theme?

    As for Nitropack Page Speed Boost, is there any improvement with that completely disabled? If so, you’ll to report the issue to them.

    Thanks again. Our host support continues saying it is a Google Chrome browser cache issue and that WP-admin isn’t cached. We’ve never seen this issue before we moved to our current host. Although, this didn’t happen the first two months after the host move. Just started two weeks ago.

    Same in Safari, Microsoft Edge and Chrome. Will try Firefox.
