• Sorry, but I followed the easy to read directions and with a new blog post the images do not show. I do not have the time or desire to try to fix this problem as there are other image optimizers to choose from that all have 5 star ratings.

    Hi @docroger,

    I would have liked a support request rather than a bad review without explanation; I have never heard of image disappearing with Perfect Images, so it might be something else entirely. Probably something that could have been fixed in a few minutes if you took the time to ask.

    Could you at least provide some information about what happened? And what do you mean by messed up my images exactly?

    It’s easy to write a positive or negative review. It’s harder to build something, give thoughtful feedback, or help solve problems. Making the world better takes real effort. You can choose to simply criticize or actually contribute—the choice is yours.
