Klarna not capturing order

We have a plugin which adds a ‘ready for pick up’ status and a ‘picked up’ status. We are having issues with these Click & Collect orders that have been paid via Klarna.
When the orders are marked as “Picked Up” this is when the order would be Captured on Klarna however this is not happening. The orders are not being captured and therefore not communicating with WooCommerce. Could you advise you this might be?
