    Hi,
I’ve set up one page on my site with group accordions. I’ve got about 10 of them, each contains 1 to 5 items.
Whilst I was adding the group accordions, the page (in WP-admin) kept getting slower and slower. By the time I finished, each click on the page now takes about 30 seconds to respond.
I have no issues like that on any of the other pages. I’ve tested both in Firefox and Chrome.
Do you have an idea what might be causing this?

    Hello,
    Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please confirm which version of the Advanced Accordion Gutenberg Block plugin you are using? Is it the latest version? Also, when testing the issue, did you try deactivating all other plugins except for the Advanced Accordion Gutenberg Block to check if the problem still occurs?

This will help us determine if the issue is specific to the plugin or caused by a conflict with another plugin. Let us know, and we will be happy to assist you further.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me so quickly!
I’m using the latest version of the AAGB plugin (4.7.4)
I’ve done some more testing. What I see:

    • All goes well if I disable all other plugins. And everything keeps going well until I activate the Spectra plugin (I hard-refreshed the page with CTRL+F5 after each change in plugins active).
    • What happens then is that the more I click on different items on the page (in wp-admin), the slower the page becomes. At first, it’s just as quick as the rest, but after a dozen or so clicks in different accordions, the page starts reacting sluggishly.
    • The problem disappears as soon as I disable Spectra and refresh the page with CTRL+F5.

Hello, Thank you for getting back to us with the detailed explanation.

We tested the Spectra – WordPress Gutenberg Blocks plugin with the Advanced Accordion Gutenberg Block in both our local and live environments but could not replicate the issue you described. To better assist you, please let us know which theme you’re using. Additionally, can you provide information about your server environment (Nginx or Apache, and PHP version)?

While we couldn’t identify this issue during our testing, if we manage to reproduce the problem in any scenario, we will prioritize resolving it as quickly as possible.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Hi,
    yes:
    PHP version 8.3.14
    Web server: LiteSpeed
    Theme: Astra (pro)
Let me know if you need anymore information!

    Hello @ispacecrusader ,

Based on the server environment details you’ve provided (PHP version 8.3.14 and LiteSpeed server), we suggest testing the setup in a fresh environment with a different web server configuration. This will help us determine whether the issue is related to the current server settings.

Please try setting up a fresh environment with a different web server, such as Apache, Nginx and let us know if the issue persists. This will help us narrow down the cause of the problem.

Alternatively, it would be extremely helpful if you could provide temporary access to a test environment. This will allow us to conduct a deeper investigation and address the issue more effectively.

    Hi Sajjad,
I have no means of setting up a site without LiteSpeed, as my whole hosting system runs on it.
I did set up a staging copy of the site so we can test without any consequence for the live website. I’ll be happly to supply you with access. Where should I send the credentials?
