At some point in the last 24 hours my client’s site connection failed and displayed the 25002 error. I have switched the connection method to REST API with Client Credentials (it was previously using Auth Code) and the error message remains.

Looking on any guidance for restoring connection- thanks!

  • Happened to two of my clients today again also. I’ve reconnected them but until we notice it has broken or a customer tells us, they are losing orders!

Starting to look at alternative plugins.

@slewisma Did you have revoke access somehow to restore the connection?

Yes, each time this happens I have to revoke access and then authorize again. The ability to use an API Key doens’t seem to work on its own without the OAuth login also being in place.

Gotcha- thanks @slewisma, just tried that and it worked. This plugin is so frustrating.

    Hi @porchlightstudio @slewisma

Have there been any connection issues in the last two days?

    Best regards

My two clients are still connected. I’ll keep checking through the week as the connection usually lasts for a week or more before dropping.
