    Both issue seems to regarding the other remote server access call using curl.

    Below is when try to access the Google bot json and

    Do you have curl properly working it might be a slow server taking more time to connect and times out. If possible contact your hosting provider.

    WP security > Settings > Advanced settings make sure you have the correct ?$_SERVER variable selected that detects visitors’ IP address.
