view subscription blank page

Hello team

I created a custom page cuenta-de-usuario for the my-account page, under my orders when I click on my subscription the url send me to :

https://www.mydomain.es/Academy/cuenta-del-usuario/view-subscription/29999/

The wordpress is installed in a subfolder called Academy, the problem is the url send me to a black page , no console errors, warning, notice shown in browser, no html generated.

Any tips to find out where is the issue
