[Plugin: Maintenance Mode] White screen of death

Got the white screen. Note, I’m using WP Total Cache – clearing caches made no difference, alas. LAMP server. Studiopress Lifestyle theme.
I have numerous blogs, so I’ll keep testing, as this would be very useful.
