nonce error on HIPAA form

    I am receiving the following error when I submit the form: There was an error: NONCE EXPIRED

    I have set the CleanTalk to exclude this page. Is there anything else I need to do?

    The developer of this plugin suggests that I deactivate CleanTalk and then see if that fixes the problem. If I do that in order to test, will I lose all of my settings?

    I made a test request that should have been blocked, but the form submission was successful. The exclusion is in effect.

    There is no need to deactivate the plugin in this case, but if you do, the settings will be preserved. They will only be lost if you delete the plugin.
