Conversion pixels fired for unpaid orders?

    Hello,

    I’m having issues about conversion pixels fired for unpaid orders (google ads) for last 3 weeks. I have checked everything and looks normal but still pixels firing for unpaid orders. Can you help me about it? Thanks.

    I understand that unpaid orders are being sent to Google Ads. Let me assist you with this.

    Please note that the Pixel Manager does not fire pixels for failed or unpaid orders.

    In your case, unpaid orders may still be tracked because of potential third-party code involvement.
