    Hello,

    I’ve recently installed your plugin which looks great ??
    I’m running a few subscription tests on my website to make sure everything is working correctly but I have some issues. The order goes through fine and takes the first payment but subsequent subscription payments aren’t taken. When I check the subscriptions they just go on hold. I can see quite a few pending actions in WordPress scheduled actions related to the order such as: fsub/subscription/payment_request/process and woocommerce_scheduled_subscription_end_of_prepaid_term

    I tried clicking run next to the payment request action but it still didn’t take the payment. Do you have any idea why the subscription payments aren’t being processed?

    thank you very much for your contact. ??

    The logs you provided are from our plugin as well as from WCS.
    Ours refer to : fsub.
    Can you send me logs with dates when you tried to execute something?
    WooCommerce automatically divides the logs by day of the month.
    If you create a fsub..process action, a new subscription renewal order is created and if the payment gateway supports it, the payment should be registered and the subscription renewed.
    This won’t happen if the payment was manual such as a bank transfer.
    In that case, you have to manually change the status of the order – which is ok, because we can’t tell if the payment was actually made or not.

    You can also send a screenshot of the order notes and subscriptions where the problem occurred.

    Could you please tell me which payment gateway you are using?

    It would still be worth checking the logs to see if there is a fatality involving our plugin.

    Thank you very much for your quick reply. Here are the answers to your questions.

    We’re using Stripe as our payment gateway via the Woocommerce plugin “Woocommerce Stripe Gateway”. The first payment when the order is placed goes through without any issues.

    The problem is happening on all subscriptions I’ve tried so far.

    Hi, I am also facing issue with the subscription plugin.

    The subscription payment is not going through PayPal by the customer. The error comes: There was an error processing your order. Please check for any charges in your payment method and review your order history before placing the order again. when a customer tries to pay with PayPal.

    When they go to order history and then click on pay, the website also goes into critical error.
    Could you please help in this regard?

    @percolatedpropaganda Regarding the stripe, we are already working on a solution.
    Let me get in touch when a patch comes out that fixes this problem, okay?

    Please test, preferably on staging, if everything works as expected.

    Among other things, we have improved support for payment gateways.
