    Hi.
Although I have a Ticket as product and want to combine it as a bundle with a t-shirt, I cannot find any of those two products when entering the keywords. So, it is not possible to create that bundle at all.

    Hi @mike666 ,

Probably, our plugin doesn’t support that kind of product in this free version. The free version of our plugin only allows simple and simple subscription products to be added to smart bundles.

You can go to the plugin settings under WPClever >> Product Bundles and choose All type for the Search settings to display all the supported items in the search box.

You can learn more about our plugin here: https://doc.wpclever.net/woosb/

    Best regards.

    Hi.
Thank you, but one of those products is a normal product, a T-shirt … so even this shirt is with “All” not showing up.

I would like to buy the premium version, but what, if it is not working at all?

I just deleted an downloaded, installed, activated newly – but still the same.
Sometimes the products show up very shortly – but no chance to click on it that fast.

    Hi @mike666 ,

Could you provide more clues in your case? If possible, kindly make a screen recording video of the backend settings in the plugin settings under WPClever >> Product Bundles and the Bundled products tab behavior.

    Best regards.

Hi. A minute ago I found the issue, seems to be my fault.
I just changed “Search via SKU” in the search settings to “No” and it worked.

I now have another small issue, but that I will put in a new topic.
    Thank you!
