[Plugin: Contact Form 7] get value of custom (e-mail) field and sent it

Hi,

i’ve got about 80 different people setup on different pages, each with their own email addres, using the more fields plugin, ans as you might understand i don’t want to make 80 different forms… when someone has a request of some sort, how do i pass the email value of the custom field to the e-mail parser

i’ve tried the dynamic textplugin, but it does not work with custom fields…
i’ve tried [select person "<?php meta('vl_name'); ?>|<?php meta('vl_email'); ?>"] and in the backend in the to e-mailfield [person], still no luck… any help?
