Error Log not recored WordPress

  • define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true ); // デバッグモードを有効にする
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false ); // エラーを画面に表示しない
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, ‘/home/kaztokyo/www/xxxxxxxxxxx.net/wp-content/debug.log’ ); // ログファイルのパスを指定

    same directry i put error log file manually made not even recore any WHY???
