getting the correct first name of customer from woocommerce order

  • Hi support,

    We edited the default woocommerce “processing order” with the mailpoet template editor. We’d like to call the first name of the customer.

    We used the default mailpoet shortcode [subscriber:firstname | default:reader]. However, this doesn’t return anything when we send test emails to our own orders within woocommerce, the short code just stays there without calling the actual name.

    Could anyone advise on how to fix this?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Can you check if the firstname for these customers appear when you go to MailPoet > Subscribers, search for the customer/subscriber in question and click to edit them?
