Integrating your WooCommerce store with Google Merchant Center using the Google for WooCommerce plugin does not require the Jetpack plugin. While Jetpack can enhance certain functionalities, it is not mandatory for this integration.

Could you share a screenshot of what you see when you navigate to Marketing > Google for WooCommerce in your dashboard? If you do not already have a screenshot tool installed, you can use Snipboard.io to easily share screenshots with us.

If all accounts appear connected but the integration isn’t working as expected, you can try the following troubleshooting steps to reconnect your account:

Prerequisites to Check First:

• Ensure you have a Google Ads account set up and active.
• Confirm your Merchant Center account is connected to Google Ads.
• Verify that your Google account has the necessary permissions for this connection.

Steps to Reconnect:

1. Go to https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page.
2. Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect.
3. Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account.
4. If applicable, under Jetpack, click Disconnect Jetpack.
5. In your Google account’s security settings, remove all access permissions for WooCommerce.
6. Repeat the setup process in the plugin.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot of the issue. Many plugins rely on XML-RPC, which is disabled by default on many WordPress hosting sites. Sometimes, disabling XML-RPC can cause this issue.

If you see the message “XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only,” it means the endpoint is active. If you get a 404 error, the endpoint might be disabled.

To clarify, the WordPress.com connection is a Jetpack connection, as in it’s powered by Jetpack. Disconnecting WordPress.com should also disconnect Jetpack.

Hello. I don’t understand, I disconnected everything then reconnected, same problem with no more ads campaign! Jetpack is not installed on my WordPress site and the connection with WordPress.com is still active! So do you have a hook that can deactivate the Jetpack of your module in order to find it which worked correctly!

Having Jetpack isn’t a must for WooCommerce, but it does offer features that can simplify connecting to Google Merchant Center through certain extensions.

If you prefer not to use Jetpack, there are other ways to link your store to Google Merchant Center, such as using Google for WooCommerce. Also, since you mentioned that you can’t connect to your account, could you check if you can access your Google Merchant Center account through here and see if there are any account or policy issues that might be causing this problem?

They usually send emails notifying merchants about possible concerns that need to be addressed. Let me know how it goes.

I think there is a module and server problem.
