    It looks like you are using BuddyPress/BuddyBoss

    Please go to GamiPress -> Settings -> Add-ons and check if you have checked the option to not display ranks or points that have not been earned.

    Thanks. That hide them all, so even the default rank doesn’t show now unfortunately. But at least it’s not messy.

    Yes, the default rank is also hidden with this feature, as it would not be considered an earning as it is something that is granted simply for registering on the website. You can uncheck this option for ranks if you want to show the default rank.
