Woo Order On Hold Query

    Hi there

    I have been SEARCHING for something like this for the last THREE days and feel super relieved that I have found you. I have one query, or recommendation, that I hope is a quick fix (please be a quick fix).

    I am wanting to provide 2 links alongside a physical product – in other words, I have a skin care cream and would like to also provide a downloadable pdf and a link to a video. Your redirect plug in allows me to now set up a page that has these 2 links. However, in trialling your product I have not captured the orders delivery details nor have I accepted payment. The reason for the latter is I offer a pay by internet option (which I use to trial my software).

    So the end user has not transferred the funds just yet but still has been redirected to the page. Is there a way around this? When I check in order status there is no ship to address either.

    Is there a way around this? Thank you

    I have just worked out the delivery address issue ( I had also selected variable which Ive now unselected).

    Is there a free workaround for the above? Thank you

    I am not clear on the issue here. The redirect happens someone places an order on WooCommerce. Are you saying that you have set up the checkout process to not require the shipping address or payment somehow? Can you provide your site URL so I can take a look at what you have set up?
