Notification Number not updating when notifications read – stuck at 5

  • Hiya

    Since I updated Wp Notification Bell, the little number of notifications that appears next to the bell icon are not updating. They are stuck at 5. I have tried removing all old notifications and deactivating/reactivating the plug-in. I have also tried to save the settings again in case this helps. I have also tried deactivating all plug-ins to try and see if any conflict there but I can not see any – please can you advise?

    Hi,

    Do you mean the count is not going over 5 even if more notifications are published? Or that when the bell is clicked, the count is not set to 0 and hidden?

    Also, please let me know what type of notifications do you use: the manual/ post type notifications, or the user notifications (comments, woocommerce…).
