• Hi,

I’ve encountered an issue where the Divi contact form stops working after ~24 hours when W3 Total Cache is enabled. Specifically, the form displays the error message:

“Please refresh the page and try again.”

Refreshing the page doesn’t help. However, if I manually clear all cache through W3 Total Cache admin, the form works again immediately. Unfortunately, the issue reappears after another 24 hours.

The website has multiple pages with different forms, and everything works fine right after clearing the cache. Do you have any advice on how to configure W3 Total Cache to prevent this from happening?

    Thank you for your help!

    Best regards,

    Hello @idovecer

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
This is most likely related to the nonce system. This means that the cache needs to be invalidated for example every 10-12 hours and the default expiration is set to 3600s

Can you please share the page whare the form is added, and please try to exclude the page from being cached in Performance>Page Cache>Advanced>”Never Cache following pages” save all settings and purge the cache. This way we can determine if the issue is related to Page Cache

    Thanks!

Everything has been set up as you suggested, and here is the link to the contact form:

I manage several websites using DIVI and W3 Total Cache, with multiple forms. However, I have not encountered this issue before.

I’m wondering whether this problem might exist on some of my other websites as well or if it’s specific to this one due to some unique configuration. Could you help me identify the cause and provide a solution?

Let me know if you need further refinements!
