credit card info disappears

  • When credit information is added and the customer scrolls down to click pay all their credit card information disappears and unable to make purchase. Please help i am not a developer just a business owner and have no clue how to fix this.

    I tried making a test purchase and as I was not using a real card, I couldn’t notice the issue you’re describing. Could you kindly share a video of the behavior?

    hello, thank you for getting back with me. FYI the mobile works fine it is on desktop and my laptop that is having the issue. i do not know how to attach a video to this reply. I am a total novice
