“Points Award” Option problem.

    Hi,

    Regarding the “Points Award” Option problem.

    I have already created some achievements,

    In “Points Award–Add New Points Award–Trigger Type–Unlock a specific achievement”
    , But there are no specific achievements to choose from here. (please check screenshot)

    In the same way, there is no specific option to choose in the “Trigger Type” field, even though I have already created multiple POSTs.

    Hi,

    It seems that you enabled the debug mode in GamiPress, and the screenshot you attached show a menu from the debug mode.

    First of all, I recommend you to disable the debug mode, going to GamiPress > General > Debug Mode.

    Also, I recommend you to configure the points awards in the “Points Type” screen.

    One more question:

    Regarding the rank levels, i would like to achieve this effect.

    When the customer fill the forms finish the task, how to show a button of “unlock task” (please check screenshot as below) by task and task.

    I saw your demo showed that need points to unlock the task, whether it can be unlock without points?

    I’m sorry but you cannot unlock it without using points by default. I recommend you to check our add-on “Restrict Unlock”, you may find it useful: https://gamipress.com/add-ons/gamipress-restrict-unlock/
