Incompatible with Gravity Forms Version 2.9.0

    I had a basic form with a few stock Gravity Forms fields. Upon updating Gravity Forms to version 2.9.0, the Range Slider add-on stopped working. I rolled back to the previous version of Gravity Forms (2.8.18) and it began working again.
