hello friends of ‘AI engine’ . First of all, thank you very, very much for your work with this plugin and its open source licensing. thank you for continuing to believe in collaborative work and community.
The plugin is great and works perfectly everything we are testing. i have two questions to ask you
at the moment we are using the free version, but if any feature is missing, it won’t be a problem to upgrade to a premium one.
    we have two issues
1.- easy. how do we change the icon that appears at the bottom right when we activate the chatbot for the whole website. ? it does not change. We did manage to change the avatar of the AI, but not the icon in the form of a general speech bubble.

2.- difficult. We already have a model trained in openAI. is it possible to link this model to the plugin in this way? we don’t see how to assign the name or if the API is particular etc.
Yes we have seen that your Plugin has the option of refined, and there we could create the training, and then update and that these documents go to the open AI platform. but as we said, we have already done this, so we do not know if this would be necessary to do it again.
    Thank you for everything.

    Hey @boinich! ??

In the Popup settings of your chatbot, you can choose which icon is used, and you can even import your own image. If modifying it there doesn’t replicate on your live website, this would mean that a cached version of the chatbot is loaded. Make sure to disable any cache, optimization, and security you might have temporarily.

If you want to use the models you are using on the OpenAI Playground, you should read the documentation on OpenAI Assistants which will help you in that matter. Thanks!
