not reading or sending any email, test email is successful

I am unable to see if there is any email sent to the customers. no records, no details, and no emails. while running a test email. I am receiving the email.
Setting:
Enable Tracking?(Start capturing abandoned carts). – active
Cart abandoned cut-off time ( set to 25 mints )
Exclude email sending For ( only – processing and completed )
Notify recovery to admin – active
Send recovery report emails – active
Email details added
All other settings are disabled.
