• Shop is set up and has been for some time but for some reason we are taken to the WooCommerce setup page every time we click the WooCommerce link, for some users more than others. Finishing the setup again makes no difference it just keeps comming back.

    Inbox is not showing up but returns an error, don’t know if it is related

    I have tried deactivating plugins that might conflict but without luck, I hope you can help ????

    I understand you’re being redirected to the WooCommerce setup page repeatedly, and the inbox is returning an error.

    Could you share screenshots of the WooCommerce setup page you see?

    Also, share a screenshot of your Site Visibility settings.
    This might help identify any related configuration issues.

    To assist further, I need more details about your setup.
    Please send a copy of your site’s System Status Report by navigating to WooCommerce > Status, selecting “Get system report,” and then “Copy for support.”

    About a week ago Site Visibility was set to the following, I changed it and products were showing again, but today when you ask me to send me a screendump it is set to offline again. But noone with access to the shop have changed this setting. I have now changed it to Live again.
