    Hi Team,
As above, we’ve been doing some query monitoring to speed up our WP stack, and noticed your plugins API calls are being redirected and causing quite a delay on the general plugin page.

    Hello Ben,

I have tried recreating the API callls in the backend, using the same plugin, but could not do so.
Could you provide us with more information about your setup? If yes, please email us to support(at)codemiq.com

The performance drop may occur due to server-specific factors like network latency, redirections, or SSL verification during the health check. While I couldn’t recreate the issue, we’ll investigate further and work on optimizing the health check logic to minimize any potential impact in future updates.

Thank for bringing this to our attention.
    Best regards

However, this call doesn’t happen often, so impact on performance should be negligible.
We will, nevertheless, try to improve the calls.

    Best regards

I found the code responsible, will be fixed in the next update.

    Hi @juliangk

I thought I should also note this wasn’t just happening on the general plugin page as we initially thought, but also on other pages such as orders, products etc. especially after an extended period of time has elapsed (>30mins).

Regardless, glad to hear it’s getting fixed. Thanks ??
