Unable to login to wpstaging

    Hello – We are trying to use the WPstaging to update our website. We have cloned the site but we are unable to open the staged site and get the error: Cannot log in because WordFence 2FA authentication module is detected, but it does not work properly with the WP STAGING login form. Error message: undefined

    We can disable 2FA but not remove it.

    Hello @kjwhe6
    It looks like you are using another plugin to change the default WordPress login URL, try to disable it on the staging site (by renaming the plugin’s folder to something else via FTP) then add “/wp-login.php” to the end of the staging site’s URL and you should be able to log in from there.

    If this doesn’t work, please share your site’s system information from (WP STAGING > System Info) via this form, and we will help you further from there.
