I’ve updated woocommerce to 9.4.1, now all I get is Internal Server Error in the webshop. Not on the front page but category pages, product pages and cart.

WordPress is 6.5.3. Should I update that now or try to get woocommerce back to where I started?

Error log says: An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 260 of the file /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/src/Packages.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_column_count() on null in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/src/Packages.php:260

    Hi @picturingtheamericas,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues after updating to WooCommerce 9.4.1.

The error log you’ve provided suggests that there’s a problem with the WooCommerce plugin. It is possible the issue is caused by a conflict.

Here’s what I recommend you try:

    1. Ensure that all your plugins and themes are up-to-date, including WordPress. The latest version of WordPress is compatible with WooCommerce 9.4.1.
    2. If the issue persists, try deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce to see if there’s a conflict. If the error disappears, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify the source of the conflict.
    3. If the problem still exists, try switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four to see if the issue is theme-related.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please let us know. We’ll be happy to assist further.

Remember to always back up your site before making any changes or updates.

It seems to have been caused by some problem in the shipping configurations. Solved.

    Thanks!
