Shipment Tracking / Notes to Transactional Email

I’m wondering how to add shipment tracking to my Completed Order email if I send it with an Omnisend workflow. I have set up the email but cannot find how to add the shipping information. I have started using the plugin Advanced Shipment Tracking for Woocommerce, the email it configures is a Woocommerce standard email.
