• I am having the problem that images are no longer optimised or converted to webp

    I have already tried to restore everything but the problem seems to be external, on quick cloud I find several warnings like:

    Failed to retrieve image for optimisation

    Failed to retrieve image https://www.webepc.it/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/nameimg.ext from node IP NODE.

    I think I solved it.

    I recently changed hosting and updated the new IP address in the plugin

    I don’t know if it’s a bug or something else but the old IP remained in the quick.cloud settings

    it’s kind of that way , QC may not be able to know what is site IP , so need user to input it

    But if I change it from the plugin settings shouldn’t it update?

    these 2 settings are used for different purpose , and in some case they could have different IPs

    For a moment I’ll talk about the setting; “Server IP:” in quick.cloud settings

    I had to update it manually, the old IP from the previous hosting remained

    yes, there are 2 server IP settings, one in QC dashboard, one in plugin’s “general” menu

    they are not linked to each other
