Ok, try downloading WordPress again, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), and delete then replace your copies of everything on the server except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings.

Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.

A fully blank page like that means that PHP is crashing.

Since no one else has reported this with WordPress 6.7, it’s either a function conflict introduced by a plugin or theme, or it’s a PHP misconfiguration.

If you are absolutely sure you still had the problem with all plugins deactivated and the Twenty Twenty-Four theme, try switching to your server’s PHP 8.0 or 8.2 option.

So, either you still have a plugin or third-party theme on the first site, you did not replace all core files when reinstalling the first site, or the PHP configuration is different between the two sites.
