    Hi @spiralesdelux ,

I’m sorry to hear you’re encountering an error like, ‘There was an error getting the status of your Google Ads account. You are probably offline.’ Let’s work together to get this resolved!

Have you previously connected your site to Google Merchant Center? If so, I’d love to understand what happens when you navigate to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads in your dashboard. Are you seeing any specific error messages or prompts there? Please note that to run Shopping Ads from your WooCommerce website you need a Google Merchant account set up and linked to your Ads account.

Please ensure the following prerequisites are met:

    • You have a Google Ads account set up and active.
    • Your Merchant Center account is connected to Google Ads.
    • You’ve linked your Google account to WooCommerce via Google for Woocommerce plugin.

To help troubleshoot further, could you please confirm that your Google account has the required permissions for this connection?

Once you’ve checked that, here are some steps to try a fresh reconnection:

    1. Go to https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page.
    2. Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect.
    3. Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account.
    4. Under Jetpack, click Disconnect Jetpack. (if available)

Next, please go to your Google account’s security settings, remove all access permissions for WooCommerce, and then repeat the setup process in the plugin.

For a full guide on connecting your Google Merchant Center account, please refer to this article.

Let me know if this helps or if you have any questions along the way!
