    We have customer and then created X amount of different roles which are copies from customers. Then eventually they are “promoted” to one of these copies. For some reason our store manager level can’t see all the levels which has been created as copies from customer role. Maybe half of the copies are visible therefore they can’t promote others. Is there some way to debug this?

    Can you double-check that the Members – Role Hierarchy add-on is enabled in Members > Add-ons and then check that the Position of Store Manager that you can find in Members > Roles table is higher than the positions of copies of Customer role? If the position of Store Manager is higher then they should be able to promote users of lower roles.

    Hey, that’s a good advice. However I see that shop manager has level 9, position 0 and I increased it to level 9 and position 90 and the “customer” and their copies are level 0, position 0. Still shop manager can’t see all of them.

    I verified this with couple different accounts which are in shop manager role.

    Hey, sadly this is high volume store so we had to do a bypass with snippet https://developer.woocommerce.com/2018/10/11/woocommerce-3-4-6-security-fix-release-notes/
