WpVivid PRO – Not reliable, missing integrations, docs not up to date

Edited after fixing the issue by myself: it was due to a misconfiguration on my part; however, WpVivid support clearly stated that Fluent SMTP was the culprit without any real testing of the issue and that’s not good customer support practice.
My review is for the Pro version.
Here is what I don’t like:
– support is relatively fast but not very helpful
– the MainWp extension is unfinished so central management of your websites backups is quite a joke
– there are unresolved PHP warnings and their recommendation is to just hide them
– the documentation is totally not up to date and lacks proper details; I have around 21 support tickets and I am not at all satisfied by some of their answers
– the restore option is not 100% reliable
– in my opinion is not yet a reliable product as othersTheir prices are small compared to the competition but that doesn’t help when you have issues with the product, their support and can’t trust the reliability of your backups & restores & rollbacks.
After around 20 support tickets most of them mainly created because lack of proper documentation or outdated documentation I feel that I don’t trust the product anymore. I really hope they will step up and polish the product and the documentation.
