I created the form with ease and saw it. However a short time later when showing someone the page, the form was not displaying. It was just a blank area. I can delete the form, and add it again and refresh and it will show. But it doesn’t stay. I’m trying to figure out the issue so that I may resolve it before the site goes live. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi @mrwalker1750 ,

    I hope you’re doing well.

This is usually related to the page being cached and not allowing the form to be shown as it’s a dynamic element.

Could you please try enabling the load form using AJAX under rendering on the Behavior form?

    https://monosnap.com/file/VA0XAZxqQfAn7gtTLqtKxgAS9iBIkj

Then please, clear all caches and try to replicate the issue again, in case it doesn’t help, please try the “Prevent page caching on form pages” option, clear caches, and try to replicate the issue again.

You can see more info about rendering here – https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#rendering

Please let us know if you need further help.

    Best regards,
    Williams Valerio

Oh my. I’ve done both steps. Cleared cache, deleted form. Reloaded form. Page loaded once, then subsequently wouldn’t show up, just the blank box. I’ve opened it on other devices and got the same issue.

    Hi @mrwalker1750,

Sorry to hear about the issues. It appears the Forminator plugin is no longer enabled, if you are still looking for us to troubleshoot the issue then please do share the page URL where you have the form to check the issue and also share the form export so that we can check its existing setting to see what could be suggested further.

Please check the following doc on how to export a form:

    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud service in the next reply.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,

    Nithin
