    Today, after the new update (/1.2.9.1 – 2024.11.12*/ – Fixed: Compatibility with PHP 8.3), the email templates are not being edited, and when I clicked the update button, all my previously created elements got deleted. Now, whenever I try to create a new template, it does not save or update. Even if I copy and paste from another template, every time I try to update, the elements gets deleted. Please solve.

    I’m having the same issue. Versions 1.2.8, 1.2.8.1, 1.2.9 and 1.2.9.1 all not working. Version rollback also not working.

    @fletenm Are you using the paid plugin or just this free version? I’m curious whether the paid version also has this bug.

    The error indicates that unsupported content was entered into editor/input fields, which disrupted the data structure (only the pro version provides full support – for example, in the old free version, entering a sentence with quotation marks (“) would corrupt the data upon saving).

    Starting from version 1.2.9.1, it’s compatible with PHP in cases of corrupted data and can automatically change " to ' when needed. However, since the data isn’t supported, only a blank email will be displayed. In this case, I’m afraid users will need to recreate the email content from scratch

    Just wanted to let y’all know that the latest version may still be having some issues. Tried creating a new template. There was some issues when adding text. The written text cannot be highlighted or edited in any way once you change the font size. From that point on, the cursor just jumps to the front of the text. Tried 2 different browsers and 2 different computers with the same result. Is anyone else having a text issue?

    Same issue here – unable to amend text, was working previously but now can’t make any changes as the cursor jumps to the begging of the line. This is holding me up launching new services to my customers!

    Any template which becomes empty after saving, please recreate the email template content and save it again.

    For cases when you click add new >> select a default template >> save or click edit >> save – no changes: If the issue persists even when you tried the dev file above, please contact us on this Support Forum by opening a ticket.
