    Our costumers see this message at the end of the ordering process.

    There was an error processing your order. Please check for any charges in your payment method and review your?order history?before placing the order again.

    How can I fix it?

    I’m sorry your customers are experiencing difficulties at the end of the ordering process.

    Was the checkout process working correctly before? If it was, do you remember making any major changes like installing a plugin in your store?

    As a first step, I would recommend?running a conflict test?to rule out any possible plugin conflicts.

    On the other hand, please confirm that your emails are getting sent out correctly from WordPress. You can install a plugin like WP Mail Logging to test further.

    First of all I want to check the e-mail validation. WP Mail Logging is installed.
    Then what would be the method to validate the mail sending? Is there any documentation?

    The WP Mail Logging plugin, logs all outgoing emails from your website and helps you determine if the emails are being sent out successfully.

    To use it, navigate to your WordPress dashboard, and then to the WP Mail Log section. Here, you will see a list of all the emails sent from your website. You can check the status of each email to verify if it was sent successfully or not.
