[Plugin: Viper's Video Quicktags] first frame question

    Good day,

    I’ve gone through all the pages of comments on the plug-in site and through wordpress, etc., but have been unable to find or simply overlooked a solution to my problem.

    How can I force the first frame of a video playing through Viper’s Video Quicktags to show the first frame of the video instead of a black frame?

    Appreciate anyone who can offer any guidance.

    It’s not possible without loading the video file and that’s not a good idea. Instead make a manual preview image:

    [flv image="https://site.com/image.jpg"]https://site.com/video.flv[/flv]

    The default preview image URL for the above video file would be https://site.com/video.jpg (.jpg instead of .flv).
